ICRA2011 HANDLE GRASP and DEXTMART Common Workshop
Within the ICRA2011 conference the Projects GRASP, DEXMART and HANDLE are organizing the Workshop "Autonomous Grasping: From Multi-Sensing to Symbolic Representation for Robotic Manipulation Tasks". The workshop, scheduled to take place on the 9th of may, intends to cover the representations underlying the human strategies that define the appropriate characteristics of the grasp and manipulation movements in specific contexts or objects and how these strategies can be extended and replicated by robots.
